I've been an educator for the last 35 years working for the NYC dept. of education. The last 8 years I've worked as an administrator. I've been married to the same fellow for 35 years, have two grown kids, and I became a grandma for the 1st time in April. My son is a doctor and my daughter is striving to build a life in the field I left 35 years ago- acting. She's also a graduate of LaGuardia hs, 1998. I count my blessings!

I have been a registered nurse for the last 34 years and loving it. I unfortunately have lost touch with most of my classmates and I am looking to reconnect with them. I attended he 40th reunion this past May and loved every minute of it since I saw some of my favorite people there. I would like to maintain this connection. I live on the West Coast of Florida and am very happily married to Haskell. I love to read, cook, do crosswords, go to the beach , exercise. Would love to hear from any of my 1966 classmates, not only those in the Dance dept.

I live in San Antonio, Texas and work as a paralegal for the municipally owned electric and gas utility. I've reached a crossroads in life at this time because last year, my wonderful husband and soul mate, Mike, died after a year-long, intense battle with cancer. We had no children, but do have 4 dogs, without whom I could never have made it through this past year. This tragic loss followed on the heels of another tragic loss, that of my  only brother Pete, also to cancer. My parents, who are in their 80's, retired here in 1990, so right now, San Antonio is home. My plans for retirement (which can't come too soon for me!) are to sell everything, buy an RV and take the dogs on the road. North in the summer and South in
the winter. So watch out for me in about 6 years - I may be coming your way for a visit!

I lived in California from 1970 to 1996, where I was a bilingual teacher and later an Elementary School Principal. After leaving education, and moving to Santa Fe, New Mexico, I became a travel agent and pursued my passion for traveling. I worked travel for 6 years, and continue to travel around the world. Now I'm a cooking instructor, and volunteer with a non-profit agency, the Buckaroo Ball, that assists at-risk children in Santa Fe County. Last year I was Corporation Co-Chair for Buckaroo Ball and our fundraising event donated $403,000 to 19 agencies that serve children. In my spare time, I study Spanish, sing, and read. I've had the pleasure of visiting with a number of classmates in different parts of the country. I'm working with Ellen Lerner to organize our 40th PA reunion which will take place in May 2006. Cheers, Margo

I have been a working actress, basically since graduating in 66. My last TV appearance was on the show GIRLFRIENDS in Nov/2004. I have more than 40 TV shows/I have done numerous commercials/industrials and print ads. I have appeared on soaps, done voice-over work. And in 2002 I worked with Chita Rivera at the Mark Taper Forum in Los Angeles, in THE HOUSE OF BERNARDA ALBA, I understudied the role of Poncia, opposite Chita. I am still in touch with many of my graduating class. Ben Vereen who was with the class of 65, is like a brother to me, we remain close. I make Los Angeles my home, but go to NYC about twice a year. I've remained single, no children. I take jazz dance 4x a week, for enjoyment and exercise. Life is good. I own a condo in Las Vegas, which I have rented out for investment purposes, and I do a lot of traveling. In July, I will be heading south to Brazil with a group of friends. Life is good.

Does anyone Know about Pat Brannon (66) dance dept? Would love to connect with her. In the past 3 weeks, I met 3 former PA alumni, we all shared how much the school meant to us.
Peace and Health to all of us...

Co-starred on PEPPER DENNIS WB-TV NETWORK Just completed 7/6 filming feature film  CHOOSE CONNOR starring former PA grad Steven Weber. Also starring John Rubenstein, in the role of Christina.

After spending 20 years in the recording industry as an engineer, I moved to Carson City and attended a local community college to get an AA in Computer Applications. I taught at that same campus for 8.5 years. At the beginning of this year, I took a part time job with the State of Nevada. I still have my piano trio and we get all the classiest gigs in western Nevada. I'm married with a daughter. I'm a grandfather three times over.

I taught elementary instrumental music in the Connecticut School District for 30 years. I taught both stings and band instruments. I had five performing groups; beginning strings, advanced strings, jazz band, beginning band, and advanced band as well as instrumental music lessons with over 200 students. I also taught a summer music program with over 175 students and the district-wide elementary band I am semi-retired now. I am actively seeking a college teaching position. I would love to teach MIDI Lab using Finale Music Notation Software, Music Theory, and Music Education at the college level. At the present I do subbing for the Connecticut School District and leave replacements for various districts on Long Island.

What have I been doing? Hmmmm, lotta' time taken up with organizing our 40th anniversary celebration; also constantly designing greeting cards and posters using my personal collage "style"... really fun; and I use the Staples color copier a lot. I've declared '06 as the year I go digital with my photography and collage material collections. I don't want to assemble them on the computer; I really like the cut and paste part... like what we learned in kindergarten! But I need to make the leap to the new technology... I've dragged my feet long enough thank you very much. I've decided to put on my big girl pants and get over it. I've got a brand new HP camera and photo printer waiting in their boxes for me to welcome them into my life. Uy vay. I'm also very happily still living (2+ years!) in my tiny 5,000-person town on the Potomac R. and C&O Canal tow path; an old RR town, we're about 5 miles from the "corner" where VA, Harper's Ferry, WV and MD get it together. If anyone from PA (any year) needs a "contact" in this part of the world? Do not hesitate to contact me by email I did get the disability, I'm feeling pretty much as well as I have in the last few years, my kids are great, all married, and the circumstances of my daily life, for the first time in many, many years? Are good. Some other time I'll write about other things I've been doing. Get in touch! I'd love to hear from you.

I am a working photographer/educator in New York City. I've always enjoyed photographing people. My wife and I operate Tallis Photo specializing in social and cooperate photography. My career in education has taken me to the UFT Teacher Center, the professional development arm of the UFT. TC supports professional development in 350 schools in NYC. Our leadership team works with 150 school districts around the country. My job is to document the work. Our daughter attends Lesley College in Cambridge. The PA class of '66 will be celebrating its 40 year reunion. I offered to help locate our "old" teachers. When I joined the Teacher Center, one of the first people I met in the elevator was Murray Braunstein, one of our English teachers. Murray is active in the UFT Retired Teachers Chapter. I've also seen Florence Schwager-Cantor. Any leads on additional faculty would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! Larry
