bulletEdith Bank Drama Award Fund (for someone behind the scenes) –(EB is one of the founding PA drama teachers; she taught at PA from 1948-71)
bulletMurray Braunstein Leadership Award (MB was on Eng. Fac at PA and LaG)
bulletGregg Burge (PA 74) Memorial Dance Fund named for the legendary dancer, choreographer, singer and extraordinary entertainer who passed away on July 4, 1998.
bulletGail Lichtenstein Daitch (PA 56) Special Instrument Repair (Purchase) Fund (this has been used to repair especially valuable instruments) (With the help of this fund, the school’s vintage Heckel bassoons have been restored and are being played by students).
bulletMarjorie Dycke Special Drama Award Fund (MD was founding chair of the PA drama dept. who remains an respected advisor for LaGuardia’s drama dept.)
bulletOdette Eldridge Horton Scholarship Memorial Fund (PA 65) (This fund is “for a student who has had to overcome a disability of some kind in order to go to college". Odette was a music major who died in 2000).
bulletLouis Falco (PA 60) Memorial Modern Dance Fund (for Jr. male modern dancer to attend summer program) (Named for the great dancer and choreographer who died in 1993).
bulletPenny Frank (M&A 56, art) Emergency Dancers Fund (PF taught at both PA and LaG from over 30 years; she continues to teach in retirement).
bulletJulius Grossman Memorial Conductors Fund (founder PA music dept and noted conductor)
bulletJeff Harris (PA Jan. 53) Memorial Drama Fund (established by his wife upon his death in 2004). Jeff (Steve at school) had been a generous A&F donor, often remembering PA friends and faculty anonymously).
bulletPA the First 10 – Franklin Keller Memorial Fund (FK was the founding principal of PA)
bulletFred Mazart (PA 83) Memorial Music Fund (established by his parents Ruth and Norman Mazaritsky) Mazart, PA 49, upon the death of their son, Fred in 1999)
bulletScott Shukat (PA 54) Memorial Composers Award Fund (Scott set up the fund. As he recalled "It all started at Performing Arts").
bulletCurtis Senie (M&A 59) Memorial Technical Theater Fund (established by his widow when her husband died suddenly in 2003; it is a scholarship award for technical design).
bulletJonathan Strasser Music Award (PA conductor – also at M&A and LaG) Although he left LaGuardia after almost 30 years, the legendary M&A 63 graduate has influenced the lives of thousands of young musicians and continues to conduct two major youth orchestras in NYC).
bulletCarol Eiger (PA 54) Four-Year Dance Scholarship Fund (Two $25,000 four year dance scholarships are awarded annually.)

bulletEdith Del Valle Memorial Music Fund (ED was in PA music dept in the 60-s70’s, then vocal music chair at M&A and LaG until her retirement in ca 1992. She passed away on 2-4-06).
bulletShirley Katz-Cohen Fund (use to be determined by SKC) (SC is a retired PA math teacher. She taught from 1949-1984 and was revered by her students. This is a high priority to establish)
bulletHaron Shuman Best of Both Worlds Science and Arts Scholarship Fund (HS taught science at M&A from 1965-72 and PA from 1972-84)
